The PVC patches were developed as a simple, effective piece of branded SPI that could be easily handed out across events and programs. Rather than over-engineering the product, the goal was to ensure quality, consistency, and cost efficiency without sacrificing clarity or finish. We worked through material thickness, color accuracy, and backing options to arrive at a patch that held up to regular handling and use while remaining economical to produce at scale. Attention was placed on clean execution—sharp edges, legible graphics, and repeatable results—so each run matched the last. By keeping the design and construction disciplined, the patches functioned as intended: accessible, durable, and desirable enough that recipients would actually keep and use them rather than discard them.
MXKRS produced standard PVC patches for the U.S. Air Force, focusing on quality, consistency, and price to create a practical and desirable piece of branded SPI.
This project reflects an important part of our work - knowing when simplicity is the right solution. Not every product needs to be premium or complex to be effective. In this case, success was measured by reliability, cost control, and the ability to produce a patch that felt intentional without being overbuilt. Our role was to guide execution, manage production, and ensure the final product met expectations across quality and budget. That same approach continues to guide how we support ongoing needs - practical solutions, done correctly.
The PVC patches demonstrate MXKRS’ ability to deliver straightforward products with care—balancing quality, cost, and usability without unnecessary complexity.
Next projects.
