The process started with fit. We worked directly with the KetoneIQ team to dial in a silhouette they loved—a Men's athletic cut that holds structure without sacrificing range of motion. From there, we pulled a curated selection of fabrics representing different performance qualities, evaluating each against the brand's endurance-first positioning. We landed on an ultra-lightweight polyester micro-mesh: moisture-wicking, quick-dry, and engineered for barely-there airflow while maintaining a structured drape that holds its shape through every session. The fabric pulls sweat away from the skin while four-way stretch allows unrestricted movement and lasting comfort. Branding was handled with restraint—lightweight silicone graphics add dimension and durability without compromising flexibility or breathability, and a subtle tonal logo sits cleanly against the fabric for a sleek, modern finish that reads technical yet minimal. Finished in bright Arctic White for a crisp, elevated look sharp enough for the gym, the street, or recovery day. A tagless, chafe-free inner label keeps the wear distraction-free from first session to hundredth.
